5G的暗戰和角力把太赫茲技術迅速推上了風口浪尖,但太赫茲的測試和計量都嚴重滯后于其他頻段,無法為太赫茲通訊、安檢、宇航等新興行業應用提供參數朔源來確保其測試的有效性和可信度。未來的太赫茲測試和計量勢必會加速覆蓋計量學的各個太赫茲頻段空白,再針對具體新興應用場景制定相關行業標準。
2011年之前110GHz以上頻率并沒有建立相關的國家計量標準,經過國內外多家計量單位近十年的努力,太赫茲計量標準從無到有,正在逐漸完善中。有幸的是國內計量單位不負眾望表現優異,在太赫茲計量標準的制定中始終保持世界第一梯隊的水準。本文列舉了部分國內外太赫茲的計量裝置、標準,還重點介紹了歐洲在太赫茲新興應用場景中計量領域的關注方向和動態。
